Terms of delivery

You can choose required products by yourself in our online warehouse (The situation in-stock is being renewed every two hours) or You send us the request with a list of required items. Our managers will contact you by e-mail or by fax. In order to decrease the time of query processing we ask you to point not only the items code names but also required quantities and detailed contact information!

The fundamental policy of our work is to establish relationship with your company on the principles of long-term, mutually beneficial and friendly cooperation. For our regular customers we provide special price policy and prolongation of payment. Also special project prices when replacing ferrite and powder cores and passive component being produced by other manufacturers with modern analogues TDK (Epcos) can be offered.

When developing new products we recommend to discuss with our managers the list of items. We try to choose electronic components optimally suitable for your field of application taking into account technical characteristics, price and required delivery dates.

We are interested in developing of sales network and supply our products more than 200 russian distributors and stores of electronic components. We also offer support in projects realisation, samples and special sales terms to our regular customers.
