Copper Inductance Coils for High-frequency Tube Welding

Copper Inductance Coils for High-frequency Tube WeldingUSM Company (Italy) produces copper inductance coils being used in lines for high-frequency tube welding and intended for cooperate working with high-frequency generators of most largest-size manufacturers: Emmedi, Termomacchine, Thermatool, AEG, Elotherm and others.

USM produces also copper inductance coils having oval and rectangular cross-sections. It is possible to make an order for a manufacture of coils for assemblies of high-frequency welding to a design by Customer.

Copper Inductance Coils for High-frequency Tube Welding

To produce inductance coils of high-frequency generators for tube welding, USM Company uses (and also supplies on orders of Customers) a wide nomenclature of copper tubes.

In order to reduce a number of mill stops during operation of tube production it is recommended to use as a coating for coil turns the following insulation materials in case of replacement of copper inductance coils failed due to an electric breakdown:

Teflon
Teflon Teflon is supplied in form of tubes having a wall thickness of 0.75 mm — 1 mm and providing maximally high dielectric capacity. Teflon is characterized by a high resistance to temperature influences (250°С — 280°C). Minimum ordering quantity is 3.5 kg.

Rilsan
Rilsan Rilsan is supplied in form of powder material combined with gluing compound. This material is comparable with Teflon in its characteristics but has slightly lower dielectric capacity. Main advantages of this material in comparison with Teflon tubes are simpler mounting that simplifies an application of coating to oval-shaped and rectangular-shaped surfaces and also lower production costs. Minimum ordering quantity of this material is usually 5 – 10 kg.
