TDK ZRS-Cores for High-frequency Tube Welding.
ZRS-cores are characterized by a large mass of ferrite material in combination with with deep grooves, that allows to provide a high optimal cooling of the entire core, which in its turn increases the useful lifetime of the ferrite core and improves the quality of the weld.
ZRS-configured ferrite cores are recommended usually for a use in production of through-pass impeders having a protective casings’s outer diameter of up to 32 mm.

* —ZRS-core consists of 8 toroidal cores which are glued together with a special compound.
When producing impeders, a correct choice of casing inner diameter should be carefully traced. Decreasing of casing inner diameter down to a value that is lesser than a recommended value may hinder a correct insertion of cores.
