Standard dimensions of return flow (R/F) assembly impeders based on ferrite cores produced by TDK (Japan) and intended for a high-frequency tube welding.
Return flow assembly impeders are recommended usually for cases where it is important and necessary to preserve an internal diameter of welded tube in dry conditions in following cases: for example, when producing tubes on the base of stainless steel or when an internal weld grinding is necessary. In the latter case, To ensure fastening of the internal joint cleaning device, for small pipe diameters cores with special configuration with a cut sector are used. For large size tubes, a fixture of trimming device for internal seam is made via a central hole of ZRSH core.
The required condition for secure and long-term operation of impeder is the providing of reliable system of cooling and filtration.
