Standard Series of Assembly Through Flow Impeders

Though flow impeders intended for a high-frequency tube welding are most widely used in comparance with other types of impeders. Due to a fact that electromagnetic parameters of a ferrite core strongly depend on a temperature, it is extremely important to provide a reliable and effective cooling system.

In order to provide a reliable cooling system, it is recommended to develop a pressure of cooling emulsion flow in such a way that it could pass thorugh impeder at value not less than 2.75 bar. In order to increase the durability of the impeder and to ensure the optimal operation of the impeder, it is very important to organize a reliable system of a cooling emulsion filtering.

When producing impeders one or several TDK ferrite cores are usually used.
